Overview of the Work:
The previous team was responsible for this project. The task of transferring the work was challenging in itself. While the developers and process were changing, the system had to be constantly developed. Several challenges related to performance and business optimization were encountered during development, including:
- Integrating the project into our development framework
- Minimizing the dependability on lack of resources
- By overcoming the lack of website translations to various popular languages
- By reviving old versions of the framework
Results / Outcome:
We used innovative methods that resulted in lower prices, which allowed for higher and more targeted sales. The website traffic and conversion rates increased as a result of an SEO audit and A/B testing. The payment module's business processes were optimised to reduce transaction costs. Overall, the company's sales increased significantly.
Conclusion
There was a significant increase in website traffic, as well as reduced transaction costs and increased sales.
